3. Research Use Only (RUO) Disclaimer
All products, reports, analyses, and content provided by NuGenia Logics™ are:

Not for human or veterinary diagnostic use
Not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease
Not medical advice
NuGenia does not provide healthcare services, medical recommendations, dosing instructions, or clinical guidance.
4. Genetic Data & User Responsibilities
If you upload genetic data files (e.g., from third-party testing services):
You confirm you have the legal right to upload and use such data
You acknowledge all data is user-provided
You understand that insights generated are informational only
You assume full responsibility for how you interpret or use reports
NuGenia does not verify the accuracy or completeness of uploaded genetic data.
5. No Medical or Clinical Relationship
Use of the Services does not create:
A doctor-patient relationship
A clinician-client relationship
Any healthcare provider relationship
You should consult a qualified professional for any medical or health-related decisions.
6. Account Registration & Security
Some features may require account creation. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform—including text, graphics, software, algorithms, reports, trademarks, and logos—is the exclusive property of NuGenia Logics™ or its licensors.
You may not:

Reverse engineer or extract platform logic
